Place an Order
After you have received your quotation you simply need
to advise your account manager that you wish to proceed.
You will then receive an order acknowledgement which details
the:
- Product description, colours, material
- Colours, patterns, trim
- Decoration Details, size, colours
- Delivery and Billing Addresses
- Price and other important terms
Once you are satisfied that all the relevant details are
correct, you simply need to sign and fax back the acknowledgment
and your order will be underway.
It's important to note that when jobs are urgent, goods
can be ordered without the approval being signed but nothing
can be decorated without your signed approval. This is important
as sometimes goods can be prepared for decoration early
without a signed approval in order to save time but the
decoration cannot proceed without it. If your need is urgent,
always ensure someone with appropriate authority is going
to be available to approve the details of the job in order
to avoid disappointment.
