Get Merchandise FAST

Our record time for producing merchandise is about 8 hours for a client emergency. When your need is urgent there is almost always a way to get your goods delivered fast but sometimes your may have to be flexible with your requirements. Depending on your location and your dates, the cap you want may need to be substituted for a different cap or your 3 colour artwork may have to be changed to 1 colour artwork.

It is best to allow as much time as possible for you orders to be processed, generally 10-15 days is the amount of time allowed for in quotation. If you require your merchandise in a shorter time frame it is essential that you advise us urgently as additional charges may apply. Some decorators charge a premium of up to 100% to turn jobs around outside of their normal delivery while some decorators are happy to do it without charging extra as long as doing so doesn't mean that another clients order will be delayed.

As a rule, if your order is extremely urgent you may need to be flexible on the details and expect to pay extra. For example if you wanted red screen printed t-shirts by tomorrow, you may have to settle for white digitally printed t-shirts as they can be done more quickly...even though they cost more.
