Cooler bags are never water tight unless it specifically states so in the description. The only way to make one water tight is to include an additional plastic insert make from plastic with welded seams. Without this insert, all flexible cooler bags will leak once loose ice starts to melt.

Many cooler bags have an external pocket to allow for embroidery and embroidering though the lining is both time consuming and damaging. Without the pocket, your are limited to printing methods of decoration. Order enough though, over 500, and the cooler bags can be decorated before manufacturing leading to results that are unique to the bag and of superior quality.
